Seymour's of Cork homemade mini shortbread cookies (bites) derived from customer requests for a smaller cut shortbread perfect for parties or as an accompaniment with desserts. Rising to the challenge, Seymours of Cork new Irish shortbread biscuit bites are the same original shortbread recipe, cut to about 50% scale. We repeatedly tested them with strawberries and cream! They can even be crumbled to form a base for your favourite cheesecake base.
