A great introduction to quality Irish still wine, Signature Dearg is a blend of predominantly Shiraz, Cabernet Cortis and Artaban.

This highly aromatic red wine has intense aromas of red fruits, plum and baking spices together with a soft long finish.

A maceration of 4 days is conducted then pressed before cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural fruit flavours.
